What’s in My Bag

I’ve had several people ask what equipment is in my bag.  Here is the low-down.

Inside my Epiphanie, you’ll find:
-Canon 7D – my primary camera body. *I will be getting the a full frame body very soon and I’m really excited!

The glass (lenses):
-Canon 24-70mm 2.8-which is on my 7D most of the time for outdoor sessions. I LOVE this lens because of its versatility in focal length as well as its ability to shoot in 2.8

-Canon 50mm 1.4-which I love for my newborn sessions and am starting to use a lot more for children especially when I want to drop my aperature and shoot wide open for the dreamy blurry backgrounds.

-Cannon 100mm 2.8 macro- for my super close newborn shots, think fingertips, lips, and eyelashes.

The flash:
-Canon 580 EX Speedlite – rarely used because I much prefer natural light.

My Studio: Coming Soon!

There you have it!  Any questions, let me know.  :)

There is something so so spciael about newborn photography and you do an amazing job! I would say that you “spciaelize” in it just looking at the pictures you take . but I don’t know about changing anything? You take great shots of all ages! okay, I doubt I was any help at all
